On December 6, the Omnimedia reporter from City Evening News learned that the 7th Snow Expo will be grandly held at the Changchun International Conference & Exhibition Center from December 15 to 19.

Snow Expo is currently the only snow-themed expo in China, and this edition marks a significant breakthrough based on the achievements of the previous six editions. As an important platform and carrier for accelerating Jilin's "White Snow for Silver" strategy, the 7th Snow Expo covers an area of 100,000 square meters, including seven indoor exhibition halls with a total area of 60,000 square meters and 3,448 standard booths. Additionally, there are three outdoor experience areas covering 40,000 square meters. The seven indoor exhibition halls are as follows: Ice and Snow Celebration Hall, Ice and Snow Postmodern Life Hall, Ice and Snow Changchun Theme Hall, Ice and Snow Cultural Museum Theme Hall, Extraordinary Silk Road Theme Hall, Ice and Snow Vehicle Hall, and Changbai Mountain Snowfall Hall.

Hall 1 is the Ice and Snow Celebration Hall - Functional Hall for hosting the opening ceremony, city promotion, ice and snow product promotion, performance activities, supporting events, etc.;

Hall 2 is the Ice and Snow Postmodern Life Hall - Experience Hall for showcasing the new ice and snow lifestyle in the post-Winter Olympic Games era, allowing visitors to try on ice and snow equipment and experience winter entertainment scenes;

Hall 3 is the Ice and Snow Changchun Theme Hall - Changchun Hall for exhibiting Changchun's ice and snow tourism resources;

Hall 4 is the Ice and Snow Cultural Museum Theme Hall - Cultural Museum Hall featuring a collective appearance of renowned domestic museums and presenting a concentrated display of cultural and tourism integration;

Hall 5 is the Extraordinary Silk Road Theme Hall - Intangible Cultural Heritage Hall for presenting Jilin's intangible cultural heritage products through interactions, performances, parades, etc.;

Hall 6 is the Ice and Snow Vehicle Hall - Vehicle Hall for showcasing automobiles and winter car accessories;

Hall 7 is the Changbai Mountain Snowfall Hall - City Hall featuring urban ice and snow tourism landscapes from various cities and prefectures in Jilin and other provinces.

In addition, Ice and Snow Trade Exhibition Area, a special Chinese New Year theme area, will be set up in the circular corridor to showcase Jilin's specialties, local delicacies, time-honored goods, etc.

The 40,000-square-meter outdoor area is divided into three major zones: Hot Snow Competition Zone (10,000 square meters), Ice and Snow Amusement Park Zone (20,000 square meters), and Ice and Snow Sports Event Zone (10,000 square meters).

Through the exhibition and a variety of supporting activities, the 7th Snow Expo aims to achieve breakthroughs in consumption, participation, and enjoyment and fully showcase the resilience and vitality of Jilin's high-quality development of the ice and snow industry, as well as its new responsibilities and new actions in the new era.

Furthermore, 32,000 consumption vouchers worth RMB 2 million will be issued for the 7th Snow Expo, including denominations of RMB 800, RMB 300, RMB 50, RMB 30, and RMB 10. There are two categories of consumption vouchers: equipment vouchers and general vouchers. The equipment vouchers, with a total value of RMB 1.1 million, offer two options: an 800-yuan discount for purchases exceeding RMB 3,000 and a 300-yuan discount for purchases exceeding RMB 1,000. Each option will see the distribution of 1,000 vouchers, totaling 2,000 vouchers. The general vouchers, with a total value of RMB 900,000, offer three options: a 50-yuan discount for purchases exceeding RMB 200, a 30-yuan discount for purchases exceeding RMB 100, and a 10-yuan discount for purchases exceeding RMB 50. Each option will involve the distribution of 10,000 vouchers, totaling 30,000 vouchers.
