Under the guidance and support of the CPC Changchun Municipal Committee and Changchun Municipal People’s Government, the Office of Foreign (Overseas Chinese) Affairs of Changchun Municipal People’s Government & Changchun Foreign Language Website was officially opened in March of 2003.
The website is part of the important construction of e-Government of Changchun. It serves as a window of publicizing the city to the outside world, and a bridge and link of friendly international exchanges and cooperation with the international community.
