Both parties will leverage their technology and platform capabilities to achieve a deep connection of advantageous resources. They will empower each other in the fields of Internet and automobile manufacturing, and jointly create a new chapter in the digital intelligence of automobiles.

In the future, both parties will carry out comprehensive exchanges and cooperation in many fields such as digital and intelligent auto production, logistics, marketing, cloud platforms, talent training, artificial intelligence, and travel services. They plan to innovate the collaboration between the Internet and the automobile industry, create new benchmarks for integrated development, and jointly promote the digital transformation and intelligent development of China's automobile industry.

In the fields of digital and intelligent factory construction and smart logistics, with FAW-Volkswagen's leading automobile manufacturing process, both parties will jointly build a cloud-edge collaborative manufacturing framework at FAW-Volkswagen's five major bases in Changchun, Chengdu, Foshan, Qingdao, and Tianjin, thereby promoting the digital and intelligent transformation in all factories. In the meantime, Alibaba Cloud will provide FAW-Volkswagen with a vertical cross-scene intelligent logistics integration solution within the factory.

At the signing ceremony, FAW-Volkswagen and Alibaba Cloud also held the opening ceremony of the Digital Creation Center, their first co-built laboratory. The center is aimed at breaking technological barriers, setting technological standards, and forming independent property rights in the field of industrial model algorithm development. The center has completed platform development and entered the online operation stage.
