The first meeting of the organizing committee of the 14th China-Northeast Asia Expo was held in Changchun. The reporter learned from the meeting that the theme of this expo is "Joint Construction of Northeast Asia and Cooperation towards the Future", and it will be held from August 23 to 27 at the Changchun International Convention and Exhibition Center, with a duration of five days.

The total exhibition area of this expo is about 70,000 square meters, and there are 8 theme pavilions in total, including Modern Equipment and New Energy Cooperation Pavilion, Modern Service Industry Pavilion, Modern Agriculture Pavilion, Digital Economy Pavilion, Northeast Asia Commodity Pavilion, International Commodity Pavilion, Provincial, Regional and Municipal Cooperation Pavilion, and Jilin Pavilion. Compared with the previous expo, this expo has added professional pavilions such as the Modern Equipment and New Energy Cooperation Pavilion, Modern Agriculture Pavilion, and Modern Service Industry Pavilion in terms of overall design, resulting in a higher degree of specialization in the exhibition promotion direction and display content.

Theme Pavilions - Modern Equipment and New Energy Cooperation Pavilion focuses on the display of new energy technology and the latest products of manufacturing enterprises such as FAW, CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd., Chang Guang Satellite, and upstream and downstream enterprises throughout the industrial chain.

The Modern Service Industry Pavilion focuses on showcasing well-known brands, institutions, as well as the latest scientific research achievements and products in fields such as smart healthcare and modern healthcare. It also showcases financial services such as modern banking, insurance, securities, trust, and other related industries.

The Modern Agriculture Pavilion showcases the achievements of modern agricultural development at home and abroad, as well as the achievements of Jilin's industrial development and major project construction in black soil conservation, food security, "turning straw into meat" and the project of millions of beef cattle.

The Digital Economy Pavilion showcases digital trade services and products in fields such as digital finance, digital supply chain, digital healthcare, digital education, and cross-border e-commerce as well as the intelligent achievements of the deep integration of China's digital economy and real economy.

The Northeast Asia Commodity Pavilion and the International Commodity Pavilion display the special commodities related to science and technology, electronics, light industry, textiles, food, etc. in and outside Northeast Asia and from the countries and regions involved in the joint construction of the "Belt and Road".

In Provincial, Regional and Municipal Cooperation Pavilion, government departments, business associations, relevant organizations, and representative enterprises from various provinces, districts, and cities are invited to participate in the exhibition to showcase advantageous industries, cooperation projects, and characteristic products from various regions, and carry out exchanges, negotiation and cooperation.

Jilin Pavilion, with a modern tourism exhibition area, highlights Jilin's advantageous industries, high-quality resources, and characteristic products, and focuses on showcasing the economic construction achievements, investment environment, key investment projects, key industries, and key enterprises of various regions in Jilin Province.

In addition, this expo plans to cover more than 30 conference and forum activities. This includes four international or national conference and forum activities, including the opening ceremony of the 14th China-Northeast Asia Expo and the 12th Northeast Asia Cooperation High-Level Forum (main forum), the 3rd Northeast Asia Local Cooperation Roundtable, the 2023 (Jilin) China-Japan Economic Cooperation Conference, the 5th Northeast Asia Industrial Park Dialogue, and 10 professional forums such as the 2023 Northeast Asia Business Cooperation Forum, the Legal Forum of the 4th China-Northeast Asia Expo, and the China-Northeast Asia Health Industry Development Summit Forum, and 10 special activities such as Russia Business Day, South Korea Business Day, the travel of "Belt and Road" National Business Association to Jilin Province, as well as 6 municipal and prefecture activities.

This expo will adopt an "offline-oriented and online-assisted" approach. By combining physical offline exhibitions with the online "Northeast-Asia Expo Cloud Integrated Service Platform," we enable virtual "cloud displays," "cloud conferences," and "cloud negotiations."
