On June 6, it was learned from the press conference held by the Information Office of Changchun Municipal People's Government that 2023 Changchun Summer Relaxation Art Festival, which lasts for 100 days, will be held from June 5 to September 12, and the opening ceremony will be held at 19:00 on June 9 in Changchun Agricultural Expo Park.

Different from previous sessions, 2023 Changchun Summer Relaxation Art Festival with the theme of "Enjoy the Refreshing Summer and Taste the Urban Life" will focus on holding the 2023 China Traveler's Forum (Changchun), inviting guests from the cultural tourism industry to give suggestions for the construction of Changchun cultural tourism while exporting Changchun cultural tourism brand to the national and global markets to enhance the influence of Changchun City. Taking the "Refreshing Camping Season" as the main brand, this summer relaxation art festival will make Changchun a landmark city for camping experience by recommending quality campsites, publishing camping maps, promoting camping boutique routes, and developing camping cultural and creative products. The "central-local cooperation" mode will be continued, and nearly 100 artists from China National Opera House, China National Traditional Orchestra and China Oriental Performing Arts Group Co., Ltd. will form a performance lineup that will bring a wonderful audio-visual feast at the opening ceremony.
