Zhang Enhui, male, Han ethnic group, born in December 1966 in Togtoh County, Inner Mongolia, joined the Communist Party of China in January 1989 and started to work in July 1991, with a postgraduate degree.

He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Changchun Municipal Committee.
