CSA to Implement Its 2025 Summer-Autumn Flight Schedule from March 30
China Southern Airlines will implement its 2025 summer-autumn flight schedule, which will run from March 30, 2025, to October 25, 2025, spanning 30 weeks, namely 210 days.
According to information, CSA plans to deploy 40 aircraft in the Jilin region during this season and operate 34 routes connecting 33 cities, with a total of 20,908 inbound and outbound flights.
In the new season, CSA will actively support the national strategy of revitalizing Northeast China by closely aligning with the demand of Jilin's aviation market and further upgrading its route network. By increasing capacity on main routes and improving flight connectivity, CSA will focus on domestic and international core hubs and popular travel destinations. This will provide Jilin with efficient air links for economic, trade, and cultural exchanges to the rest of China and the world and ensure a pleasant journey for every traveler.
Domestically:
Strengthening Capacity on Major Routes and
Expanding Key Business and Tourism Routes
CSA will launch a new round-trip flight, CZ8761/2, between Changchun and Shanghai Pudong from April 1 to May 10. After the adjustment, the route will achieve full coverage across morning, midday, and evening periods, with the number of daily flights rising to six, forming a high-frequency air shuttle. This capacity enhancement will effectively improve connections between Changchun and the international aviation hub of the Yangtze River Delta, provide travelers from Northeast China with more flexible options, and facilitate efficient access to international routes for business and tourist groups. The Changchun-Guangzhou and Changchun-Shenzhen routes will each operate four daily flights, served intensively by Airbus aircraft, which will deepen connectivity with the Greater Bay Area market. The Changchun-Beijing Daxing route will offer six daily round-trip flights, evenly distributed throughout the day to precisely meet the travel demands of the capital economic circle.
Internationally:
Deepening the Route Layout in Northeast Asia and
Propelling Jilin Province's Opening-up
The Changchun-Narita (Tokyo) route will operate a daily flight regularly. The new CZ5071/2 flight (on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays), operated by Airbus A320, will complement the existing CZ623/4 flight (on Tuesdays/Thursdays/Saturdays/Sundays). This expansion will significantly boost capacity on the routes to Japan and offer more flexible options for business travel, tourism, and family visits between China and Japan. The Changchun-Seoul and Yanji-Seoul routes will continue to operate with one daily non-stop flight each, which will strengthen the economic and cultural ties between China and South Korea. The Yanji-Vladivostok route will remain operational to further enhance connectivity with the Russian Far East.
