A single project represents a new growth point, while a collection of projects forms a new growth pole. As of now, Changchun New Area has planned 164 key projects, each with an investment of over RMB 50 million, marking an increase of 14 projects from the initial target at the beginning of the year. The area has achieved a work resumption rate of 99.4%, with fixed assets maintaining stable growth, 25 new projects added to the registry for the year, and all key indicators ranking among the top in Changchun.

At the construction site of the second phase of the Chang Guang Satellite Aerospace Information Industrial Park project, the core tube structure of the remote sensing data building has reached the eighth floor, while the structural construction of four podium buildings, including the data center, has been fully completed, with work for curtain walls, fire control systems, HVAC, and electrical facilities being underway.

  The project has a total investment of RMB 2.5 billion and covers an area of 80,000 square meters, with a total building area of 135,000 square meters. The project primarily includes the construction of the remote sensing data building, data center, and optical processing center.

Meanwhile, the JIT Information Security Industrial Park project is also accelerating. This project, with a total investment of RMB 550 million, is located in the High-tech Development Zone of Changchun New Area and covers an area of 13,118 square meters, with a total building area of 70,270.76 square meters. The park is positioned as a headquarters economic building and will mainly produce information security software and hardware products. It is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year and put into operation by the end of next June. Once completed, the project is expected to generate an additional output value of RMB 1.5 billion and create 5,000 job opportunities.

At the construction site of the SinoBiom Ultra-High-Performance Medical Device Industrialization project, the rumble of machinery echoes in the air as the builders work diligently, creating a busy scene. This project has a total investment of RMB 690 million and covers an area of over 60,000 square meters, with a total building area of more than 110,000 square meters. The first phase of the project has completed its decoration and equipment installation, and production is expected to begin by the end of October. The second phase is planned to be operational by next October, with the third phase scheduled for full operation by 2027. Once fully operational, the project is expected to achieve an annual output value of RMB 2 billion.

The Jat-gel Advanced Functional Materials Industrial Base project, upon completion, will become the world's largest production base for hydrogel materials and products using radiation technology. It will boast the most comprehensive supporting facilities, the richest product variety, and the highest technical standards, with an annual output value of RMB 300-400 million. It will also drive the development of downstream industries, including medical materials, medical beauty products, health care products, and cosmetics.

From preparation to full-scale implementation, the smooth progress of these major projects is propelling Changchun New Area forward on the path of steady and long-term high-quality development.
