Focusing on elderly care, health cultivation, and leisure vacations, the project not only provides accommodation and elderly care services and facilities, but also operates an elderly university for seniors to learn new skills and knowledge. Additionally, it is equipped with a variety of sports facilities, allowing residents to enjoy golf, billiards, table tennis, and dry-land curling, among other sports. It is not only popular with the elderly living here, but also attracts elderly visitors from inside and outside the province to stay for some time. Since 2021, the place has seen over 50,000 visitors come for extended stays and experience its services.
