The CPC Changchun Municipal Committee and Changchun Municipal Government have invested real money to support the development of the optoelectronic information industry and are actively creating the optoelectronic information industrial agglomeration area with "one town, one valley, three parks", which is expected to add an output value of over RMB 50 billion in the next three years. Among them, Phase I of the Optoelectronic Information Industrial Park in the Economic and Technological Development Zone has 21 settled enterprises, with an annual output value exceeding RMB 1 billion. The expected output value of Phase II, Phase III, and Phase IV under construction will exceed RMB 30 billion. The under-construction Changchun New Area "Changzhi Optics Valley" is expected to have an output value of over RMB 10 billion. The China-ROK (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone Optoelectronic Information Industrial Park is under high-standard construction, with an expected output value of over RMB 5 billion... To achieve the goal of a 100-billion-yuan optoelectronic information industry, our city has formulated and issued the Three-Year Action Plan for Satellite and Laser Cultivation in the Optoelectronic Information Industry in Changchun and Several Measures of Changchun to Support the High-Quality Development of the Optoelectronic Information Industry (Interim). These measures encompass various aspects, including supporting the cultivation of high-quality enterprises, assisting in the promotion and application of new products, supporting enterprise transformation and upgrading, facilitating the introduction of leading enterprises, supporting financial assistance to industrial development, and promoting the construction of science and technology innovation platforms. A comprehensive set of 20 substantial supportive policies has been introduced to specifically bolster the development of the optoelectronic information industry in the city. Leveraging the 5-billion-yuan optoelectronic information industry sub-fund of the Changxing Fund and the optoelectronic information industry fund of SDIC, our city is actively creating the "Changchun Optoelectronic Information Industrial Development (Angel) Fund". This initiative involves introducing venture capital funds and mobilizing social capital to inject more "fresh resources" into the high-quality development of the optoelectronic information industry across the city.
