Educational exchanges and cooperation: In November 1998, Changchun and Montreuil started the exchange and cooperation of overseas students. Before 2008, four batches of students were exchanged, and such exchange continued. After Changchun Foreign Language School became a sister school with Jean Jaures Middle School in Montreuil, they conducted short-term students exchanges and exchanges of foreign language learning materials. In 2007, Changchun began to send Chinese teachers and volunteers to Montreuil.
