As the 2025 Changchun International Optoelectronic Expo Light Conference (hereinafter referred to as the 2025 CCIOE) approaches, L-Chaser Optics Ltd. During a recent visit to LCO's ultra-precision manufacturing workshop, reporters witnessed a "symphony of production" interwoven with technology and craftsmanship. The Zeiss coordinate measuring instrument acted like a precise "optical referee", ensuring quality control for every optical component in cold optical processing. The ion beam polishing machine resembled a "master sculptor", performing surface polishing on optical components with an ion source. Workers wielding specially designed lens wipes transformed into "optical beauticians", carefully wiping dust off lenses to avoid affecting the optical performance of components during the coating process. In the polishing room, experienced craftsmen, like "magicians", precisely adjusted the speed of the polishing machine with their hands, and their eyes were fixed on the subtle changes on the lens surface. Relying on their touch and experience, they ensured the polishing pad and lens meet at the perfect pressure and angle, embodying the spirit of meticulous craftsmanship in the rustling sound of grinding.
 
These scenes of production, where technologies meet artisanal finesse, are like tightly interlocked gears that foster the robust pulse of LCO's ultra-precision production line. Here, sparks of innovation-driven intelligence and the dedication of craftsmanship merge, becoming the "dual engines" that propel the company forward.
 
With its solid capabilities, LCO has recently achieved two significant breakthroughs in technological R&D. They are calcium fluoride crystal processing technology that enables full-spectrum sub-nanometer precision processing of calcium fluoride materials and aspheric mirrors with diameters of 400 mm or more and a surface RMS value better than 6 nm, placing them at the leading domestic level.
 
"These breakthroughs not only enhance China's self-reliance and control in the field of high-end optical component processing but also provide strong support for China's transition from a manufacturing giant into a world manufacturing power," Li Wei, Deputy General Manager of LCO, told reporters. At the upcoming 2025 CCIOE, they will showcase these breakthrough achievements and explore the future of optics with industry peers!

At the "Ultra-Precision Optical Processing Technology and Equipment Seminar" during the 2024 CCIOE, the company signed strategic cooperation agreements with global optical equipment leaders such as Agilent, Trioptics, DUI (Netherlands), and Chengdu Guotai, expanding its international footprint. The company also hosted a large number of visitors at the event and secured high-value intent contracts. In 2024, its primary business revenue increased by 106% year-on-year, with new clients spanning national strategic emerging fields such as semiconductors, life sciences, and aerospace.
 
Since committing to the R&D and production of high-precision nano-optical components and opto-mechanical modules, LCO has integrated innovation into its development for 13 years.
