According to Chang Guang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd., the "Jilin-1" Wideband 02B01-06 satellites have recently been officially listed on the "Jilin-1 · Remote Sensing Mall", adding 5PB of high-resolution satellite data. The "Remote Sensing Mall" can now update more than 40,000 scenes daily, further improving data update speed and regional coverage capabilities. Users can search for and purchase the latest high-resolution remote sensing images covering over 99% of China online.
As China's first "Remote Sensing + AI" app, "Jilin-1 Mall" represents a major initiative by Chang Guang Satellite to advance commercial space technology and promote the prosperity of the commercial space industry. Notably, the "Remote Sensing Mall", supported by the world's largest sub-meter commercial remote sensing satellite constellation independently built by the company—"Jilin-1"—offers a diverse range of satellite products. The entire process, from image selection and processing to final delivery and download, can be completed in as fast as 15 minutes.
The "Jilin-1" Wideband 02B01-06 satellites were successfully launched on September 20, 2024. Independently developed and funded by Chang Guang Satellite, these next-generation coverage satellites mark China's first small-batch development and production of ultra-wide, high-resolution optical remote sensing satellites. They are also the lightest ultra-wide sub-meter optical remote sensing satellites in the world, capable of providing high-definition satellite imagery with a 150-kilometer swath width and 0.5-meter resolution.
