Sensors are the foundation and core of the industrial Internet, serving as a crucial component of automated intelligent equipment. The layout and construction of the Sensor Industrial Park Project in Changchun New Area aim to accelerate the development of "Changchun Optics Valley" and foster new quality productive forces.

The project is located in the Beihu Development Zone, Changchun New Area, bordered by Guangji Road to the north, Yuandong Road to the south, Beiyuanda Street to the west, and West Beiwan Street to the east. It involves a total investment of RMB 678 million and covers an area of 25,400 square meters, with a building area of about 59,800 square meters. The project commenced in January of this year and is scheduled for completion by December 2025. It is planned to build an R&D center, production supporting rooms, plants, basements, and related subsidiary facilities.

As a part of "Changchun Optics Valley", the Sensor Industrial Park in Changchun New Area will prioritize introducing relevant projects including semiconductors, optical and electronic components and equipment, aerospace, intelligent manufacturing, and life and great health industries upon completion.
