On February 8, under the overall guidance of the Administration of Government Affairs Service and Digitalization Construction of Jilin Province, Beijing International Data Exchange Jilin Data Element Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center"), the first data element service center in Northeast China, jointly established by Jishi Media Co., Ltd. and Beijing International Data Exchange, was officially incorporated. In addition, Jilin Data Element Service Seminar was held simultaneously. This move marks a key breakthrough in implementing the national big data strategy and deepening the market-oriented reform of elements in Jilin Province, highlighting the responsibility of provincial state-owned backbone enterprises to serve the national strategy and shoulder the mission of reform.

 

As a critical infrastructure for building a "Digital Jilin", the Center carries out market-oriented operational activities with focus on key areas such as product R&D, capitalization, flow and transaction of public data and industry data. The Center provides services of data circulation, data scenarios, data assets, trusted data space, industrial talent training and data ecosystem, as well as an AI intelligent data value mining platform, a data asset value management platform, and a digital deposit platform. Through these services and products, the center provides convenient and efficient data flow service for the economic and social development of Jilin Province, facilitating sharing and utilization of data resources and boosting industrial upgrading.

 

During the event, Jishi Media Co., Ltd. signed strategic agreements with Jilin Provincial Expressway Group Co., Ltd., Changsha Chengkai Nongtou Animal Husbandry Development Co., Ltd. and EEST (Changchun) IMT Co., Ltd., launching the first batch of data element application demonstration projects in the fields of intelligent transportation, digital agriculture and digital security. Jishi Media Co., Ltd., together with its ecosystem partners including Beijing Zhongqihua Big Data Technology Co., Ltd., Tianzhi Consulting Co., Ltd., Langchao Zhuoshu Big Data Industry Development Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Digital Property Right Trading Co., Ltd., Beijing Zhongke Tongyuan Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Beijing Normal University Science and Technology Group, announced the establishment of a "Data Element Value Unlocking Community" to fully stimulate the vitality of Jilin's characteristic data element market.
