On April 23, Zhang Enhui, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Changchun Municipal Committee, met with Guo Zhengli, COO of Digital China, and her delegation in Changchun.

Zhang Enhui emphasized that Changchun is thoroughly implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during the Symposium on Promoting the Comprehensive Revitalization of Northeast China in the New Era. Following the deployment of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee to construct the "464" new industrial pattern, Changchun is accelerating its layout of new tracks for the digital economy and fostering new quality productive forces. He encouraged Digital China to leverage its strengths to deepen cooperation in the "intelligent and digital transformation" of the manufacturing industry, big data development and utilization, and smart city construction, to assist in Changchun's digital transformation and upgrading and achieve mutual benefit and progress at a higher level of cooperation.

Guo Zhengli said that as Digital China's future development direction aligns closely with Changchun's digital economy strategy, they would strengthen coordination, promote practical cooperation, and contribute positively to the high-quality development of Changchun.
