Recently, Mayor Wang Zilian met with Yang Zhiyan, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Railway Real Estate Group, and his delegation.

Wang Zilian mentioned that Changchun is seizing the development opportunities presented by the new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation and building a modern industrial system featuring the "transformation of three traditional robust industries, advancement of four strategic emerging industries, and deployment of seven future industries", to accelerate the construction of "Twin Cities" and the generation of new quality productive forces. He hoped China Railway Real Estate Group would grasp the opportunity of building Yongchun Modern Biomedical City to improve functional exhibition facilities and actively foster new business forms and scenes in cultural tourism. Changchun will establish a dedicated task force to provide better services and create optimal conditions for the company's growth in Changchun.

Yang Zhiyan praised Changchun for its favorable business environment, excellent government services, and abundant market opportunities. He regarded Changchun as a key strategic area for China Railway Real Estate Group and pledged to leverage the company's strengths to accelerate the implementation of existing projects and plan for more cooperative ventures, so as to achieve a win-win outcome and sustainable development.
