The Month of Promotion for Business Environment Optimization will be kick-started in Changchun in May this year. Insiders say new measures, ideas and results of optimizing the city’s business environment through news media, internet, social publicity, orientation and interpretation will be promoted to create a rich atmosphere of “everyone is someone, everything is something and everywhere is somewhere about business environment” in the city. 

The activity is said to focus on publicizing national and provincial regulations on business environment optimization, and make market players fully benefit from the results of the reform of business environment optimization; publicize the state’s decision and deployment on business environment optimization, and the province and city’s requirement of “delegating power, streamlining administration and optimizing government services” and the city’s arrangement on business environment optimization; publicize the city’s reform measures and results of creating a market-oriented, law-based and international business environment for which effectiveness, experience, and typical cases will be highlighted; and publicize the enterprises and the public’s real experience and intuitive feelings about the construction of business environment in the city. 

Flyers, manuals will be provided and thematic activities including speech contest, knowledge contest and Q&A will be organized in the public areas of government service halls at all levels. In the meantime, market players will be facilitated to fully understand and benefit from the results of reform of business environment optimization to activate their vitality, enhance their endogenous power, release their domestic demand potential, and thus promote the sustainable and healthy socioeconomic development of the city.
