How do a Chinese citizen residing in Chinese mainland and a foreigner go through the marriage registration in mainland China?
When a Chinese citizen residing in Chinese mainland and a foreigner want to have the marriage registered, both must go to the marriage registration office of the Civil Affairs Authority designated by the Government of the province, autonomous region or city in person where the permanent residence of the Chinese citizen is registered.
