Recently, Mayor Wang Zilian met with the delegation led by Xu Li, President of the Jilin Branch of the Export-Import Bank of China (EIBC).

 

Wang Zilian said that Changchun is currently grasping development opportunities, actively expanding its opening-up, and vigorously seizing new tracks for industrial development to create new competitive advantages for the city. High-quality development requires the empowerment of financial resources. He hoped that both sides would improve the mechanism for regular communication and consultation and continuously deepen cooperation in key industries such as automobile components, optoelectronic information, biomedicine, and agricultural product processing, as well as fields including infrastructure construction, investment attraction, and talent introduction, to assist in the transformation and upgrading of Changchun's industries and the growth of "specialized, refined, differential, and innovative" enterprises. Changchun will create a first-class business environment to ensure the development of enterprises.
