In accordance with the spirit of the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2020, the National Day holiday is from October 1 (Thursday) to October 8 (Thursday), eight days in total. September 27 (Sunday) and October 10 (Saturday) are working days.  

During the festival, such work as duty, security and safeguard shall be well arranged by all departments, enterprises and public institutions. In case of major emergencies, timely reports and proper countermeasures shall be made as required to ensure the peace and auspiciousness for the public   

From October 9 (Friday), the work and rest timetable of provincial government departments will be as follows: 

　　Morning 08:30-12:00 

　　Lunch Time 12:00-13:00 

Afternoon 13:00-17:00 

The work and rest timetable of municipal government departments will be as follows: 

　  Morning 08:00-12:00 

　　Lunch Time 12:00-13:00 

Afternoon 13:00-16:00 

The work and rest timetable of district government departments will be as follows: 

　　Morning 09:00-12:00 

　　Lunch Time 12:00-13:00 

    Afternoon 13:00-17:30 

Different enterprises and public institutions can arrange different work and rest timetables.
