On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia, Changchun Foreign Affairs Office (CCFAO) organized the trip for young Russian student representatives to Changchun City on September 18, 2019. Thirteen representatives from Ryazan joined the activity during which the trip to Changchun Planning Museum was arranged for the delegation to further understand the history, the present and the future development planning of Changchun City. In addition, the representatives watched a publicity documentary, and joined the meeting attended by Deputy Director General Ou Shuo who introduced in an all-round way the development history of Changchun City and the process of reform and opening up. Deputy Director General Ou expressed his hope for all student representatives to know more about Changchun, publicize Changchun and thus contribute more to the friendly cooperative relations between Changchun and Ryazan. The representatives expressed their love for the city Changchun and the Chinese language, and indicated that they had benefited a lot from such activity, which in turn enhanced the understanding of Russian youth about Changchun and meanwhile strengthened the cultural exchange between China and Russia.

For the exchanges scheduled in the future, CCFAO will continue bringing into full play its platform advantages to promote in an active manner the cooperation in various aspects between Changchun and Russia.
