IV. Project Profile and Construction Content: The project covers a total planned area of 300,000 square meters and a total building area of 600,000 square meters. Its functions are divided for online business, IOT, O2O and life support. The project is meant to usher in a batch of heavyweight e-commerce dealers at 10 billion and 100 billion levels, influential e-commerce platforms and relevant service providers for collaborative, coordinated development. It is estimated that the annual sales volume of the park will reach RMB50 billion and the annual import and export volume will reach USD5 billion, thereby making e-commerce one of the leading industries in the region.

The construction mainly covers such structures as e-commerce office building, e-commerce brand incubation center, data center and cloud computing base, e-commerce talent training base, online order processing center, distribution and transfer center, urban distribution center, back-end processing and customization center,O2O business including offline exhibition and sale, customer experience, life support such commerce and residence for talents, etc.

V. Prospect Analysis: Upon completion, it is expected to bring about an operating revenue of RMB800 million and a profit of RMB200 million. The payback period is estimated at 5 years. By 2025, the annual sales volume of the industrial Park will reach RMB50 billion and the import and export volume will amount to USD5 billion.
