The project is located in the southwest of Changchun Hi-tech Industry Development Zone, Changchun New Area, east to Chaoqiang West Street, west to Zhuoyue East Street, north to Chaoyi Road and south to Yiju Road. It is adjacent to the main road of Changchun Hi-tech Industry Development Zone, endowed with a transportation network to different directions and accessible bus routes to the city center. The project covers a land area of 25,000 square meters, with a plot ratio of 1.5 and a greening rate of 19% to 20%. The main products include independent standard workshops and sci-tech research and development buildings. Such growing, hi-tech enterprises as auto emergency braking (AEB) and related industries will be ushered in to fully meet the integrated needs of factory, office building, research and storage of the enterprises to settle in the park.

V. Analysis of Market Prospect

With the development of science and technology and the urgent market demand of intelligent safety assistant system, the active safety demand of people has become increasingly high. In March 2016, 20 manufacturers with a market share of more than 99% in the U.S. made it clear that all passenger vehicles would be equipped with auto emergency braking system (AEB) by 2022. Toyota also indicated in an active manner that AEB would be installed in the new vehicles sold in the U.S. since 2017. It’s stated in 2016 in the China-New Car Assessment Program, C-NCAP, that AEB would be put as a part of rating standard since 2018. According to the “Smart Car Innovation and Development Strategy (Draft) launched by the National Development and Reform Commission on January 5 of 2018, 50% of the new cars launched and sold in China would be smart cars by 2020, and the proportion would go up to 100% by 2025. In a few years, ADAS will be as popular as seatbelts, and thus the future market is bound to be promisingly huge. After nearly 30 years of innovation and development, Changchun Hi-tech Industry Development Zone has established a solid foundation for and secured comparative advantages in such fields as auto and auto parts, biology and medicine and optoelectronic information, with an innovative and entrepreneurial system basically formed, thereby making it a core plate and economic engine in Changchun New Area, and even a source of innovation in science and technology and a main front for hi-tech development in Changchun City and Jilin Province.
