It covers an area of ​​about 129,024 square meters and a total construction area of ​​72,423.26 square meters including 37,814.85 square meters of factory buildings (9), 10227.24 square meters of the warehouses (4), 11520.00 square meters of talent apartments (4), 10,838.00 square meters of office buildings (including research and development center)​ (2), 2,023.17 square meters of auxiliary service buildings​ (switch station, heat generation station, biochemical treatment room, coarse grille, safeguard stations)(4). The area of road paving and that of parking space is 19,300 square meters. The area of ​​hardened pavement is 28,963 square meters, and that of greening is 25,674 square meters.

Prospect Analysis: The mode of“light asset operation, check-in type of settlement nanny type of service” will be adopted for sci-tech enterprises to vigorously cultivate and promote pillar industries and characteristic industrial clusters, and expand while strengthening advanced manufacturing, new building material and new material industries.
