Project Profile and Construction Content: The construction of such structures as standard factory buildings, warehouses, office buildings, talent apartments and auxiliary rooms, together with other ongoing projects like road and parking space paving, greening and land leveling, is underway inside the park. It covers an area of 124,576 square meters and a total construction area of 72,762.6 square meters including 42612.81 square meters of factory buildings (9), 8,677.71 square meters of warehouses (3), 6372 square meters of dormitory buildings (2), 10,838 square meters of office buildings (including research and development center) (2), and 2010.38 square meters of auxiliary service buildings (3 for switching station, heat generation station and safeguard respectively), and 2,251.70 square meters for underground construction area. The road paving and parking area of the project is 42,812 square meters, and that of greening is 24,728 square meters.

V. Prospect Analysis: The mode of“light asset operation, check-in type of settlement nanny type of service” will be adopted for sci-tech enterprises to vigorously cultivate and promote pillar industries and characteristic industrial clusters, and expand while strengthening advanced manufacturing, new building material and new material industries. The project is committed to the construction of standard factory buildings, talent apartments, commercial and ancillary service facilities, etc. Upon completion, it will provide light asset services for the investment attraction projects in Erdao District, greatly shorten the construction cycle of investment enterprises, reduce their investment costs, which is not only conducive to saving enterprises’ more funds for production, but also effective in terms of improving the efficiency of land use.
