Project Profile: The project is situated inside the Changchun Equipment Manufacturing Industry Development Zone. The key point for the project is to usher in large-scale enterprises that produce supportive products for CRRC and FAW as well as researchers, developers and manufacturers of complete automatic production lines, IOT products, upstream and downstream supportive parts for photoelectric encoders, intelligent control systems, precision and intelligent instruments and test equipment, key basic components, components and general parts, intelligent special equipment, robots, intelligent agricultural machinery equipment, intelligent control and perception equipment and wearable equipment. The priority is to cultivate a batch of “little giant” enterprises featuring high technologies and great potential of growth.

It covers a land area of 327,000 square meters for the construction of an industrial park for the congregation of large-sale enterprises making supportive products for CRRC and FAW as well as advanced smart manufacturers, developers and researchers of complete automatic production lines, IOT products, upstream and downstream supportive parts for photoelectric encoders, intelligent control systems, precision and intelligent instruments and test equipment, key basic components, components and general parts, intelligent special equipment, robots, intelligent agricultural machinery equipment, intelligent control and perception equipment and wearable equipment.

Investment Size: RMB1.1 billion

Financial Analysis and Social Assessment: Upon completion, the project is estimated to bring about an annual output value of RMB 1 billion, and a total taxpayment of RMB50-100 million.

According to the new round of overall planning of Changchun City, importance will be attached to adjusting the layout structure of central districts, rationalizing the density of the city center, shifting the focus of urban construction from the city center to surrounding areas for congregation, and thus realizing a rational layout of functional clusters of the city. The construction of the project is conducive to the prosperity and development of Changchun Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park, the realization of clear division of urban functions of the city and thus promoting the development of all undertakings of the whole city.
