Project Name: Water Transferred from Songhua River to Kacha River of Yushu City

Project Profile and Construction Content: The project Water Transferred from Songhua River to Kacha River of Yushu City covers two sections for water transfer and irrigation respectively. The transfer section includes intake port and diversion channel. The irrigation section is divided into backbone project (construction and optimization of backbone irrigation, drainage system and buildings in the irrigation section along the Kacha River) and field project (field irrigation, drainage system and land treatment). Twenty-five new structures including bridges, aqueducts, culverts and inverted siphons will be built. The permanent land area is 952 mu (a unit of area equals 0.0667 hectares) covering both dry and paddy fields.　

Investment Scale: RMB1.17 billion to be invested in total.

Cooperation Mode: The mode of government procurement of service plus EPC (engineering, purchase, construction) contract is acceptable for cooperation.
