On March 28, the China-ROK (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone sent a team to the ROK and Japan to carry out an 8-day "Investment Week" event, aiming to discuss projects and deepen exchanges and cooperation.

As an important platform for cooperation between Jilin province and the ROK, the demonstration zone has conducted cooperation with South Korean government agencies and business associations such as the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency and the Korea-China Technology & Culture Promotion Association, as well as LG Chem, SK and other well-known South Korean enterprises. The purpose of the "Investment Week" event is to deepen cooperation with the ROK and Japan, attract more foreign enterprises to invest in Jilin, and help Jilin build itself into a hub for cooperation in Northeast Asia.

On March 29, the project matchmaking promotion meeting between the demonstration zone and the South Korean side was held in Seoul. At the meeting, the demonstration zone signed strategic cooperation framework agreements with Zhongjing Company, the Korea-China Technology & Culture Promotion Association and the Korea-China Economic Association.

To create a more attractive investment destination in Northeast Asia, the demonstration zone has rolled out 26 specific measures, including the "one-window process" for foreigners' work and residence permits. It is understood that the demonstration zone will also connect with business associations, financial institutions and enterprises in the ROK and Japan during the event, attract more foreign investment, and make new breakthroughs in cooperation with the ROK and Japan.
