The main structural topping-out of 20 studios of the film shooting base Phase I of Changchun International Movie Metropolis has been completed. Studios S01 and S11 were completed and delivered in December 2023, while Studio S10 is scheduled to be completed and delivered before May 1, 2024.

 

The total investment in the project is RMB 5 billion. Covering an area of 707,700 square meters, with a main building area of 320,000 square meters, the project mainly plans to construct a film and television shooting base, a film and television production base, and a film and television maker center. Upon completion and full operation, it will meet more needs of large-scale film production.

 

The Changchun International Movie Metropolis Hotel Group project, with a total investment of RMB 1.29 billion, an area of 117,500 square meters, and a total construction area of 78,500 square meters, plans to build two high star-level hotels, a golden hall, and supporting facilities. Currently, following the completion of the main structural topping-out, the Wenhua Hotel, Jinhua Hotel, and the Golden Hall of the Changchun International Movie Metropolis Hotel Group project are undergoing interior decoration and mechanical and electrical installation. The project is scheduled to be completed and delivered before May 1, 2024.

 

Phase II of the Film and Television Cultural and Creative Incubation Park project (Wanda Mall), with a total investment of RMB 4.06 billion, and a new total construction area of 473,000 square meters, mainly constructs an ice and snow photography base, a film and television incubation base (mall), and an outdoor sports park. Currently, the construction of floors 1 to 6 of the Ice and Snow Experience Photography Base (ski resort) is 100% complete, and the construction of floors 7 to 10 and steel columns is in progress. The main structure of the film and television incubation base (mall) basement has been completed. Floors 1 to 4 have reached 100% completion, and the basement's secondary structure and mechanical and electrical installation are in progress. The mall part of the project is planned to be delivered in 2025 and the overall construction will be completed by the end of December 2025.
