The delegation led by Director General Wang Zhihou of the Standing Committee of Changchun Municipal People’s Congress paid a visit of inspection on business environment and project construction to the Jingyue Hi-tech Industry Development Zone on May 20, 2021. Wang stressed all involved should implement in a thorough manner the important speeches and instructions made by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection trip to Jilin and the decisions made by the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee and the CPC Changchun Municipal Committee, speed up the construction of Changchun International Film Town and create the best business environment. 

At the construction site of Changchun Ji Run-Jingyue Hospital, Wang Zhihou pointed out that accurate focus should be put on improving medical level and service quality to meet the needs of medical and health care market, and the growing demands of the public. 

The project Zhongdong Port in Jingyue Hi-tech Industry Development Zone is seamlessly connected with two rail transit lines, and will become a top-end comprehensive business district in the future. Wang Zhihou, after listening to a detailed report about the planning and layout of the project, stressed that planning at high level should be made, modern concept of design, construction and operation be highlighted to make the site a popular place where internet celebrities often show up or visit. 

At the construction site of R&D Center for Auto Electronics and Film and Television Industrial Park, Wang Zhihou spoke highly of the effort made by Jingyue Hi-tech Industry Development Zone in terms of “Government Commitment, Service for Enterprises, Congregation of Talents and Driving Development of Industries”, adding, “Active efforts should be put into ushering in hi-tech, high added-value projects with industrial supports, incubate enterprises and attract talents for upstream and downstream industries, and thus make talents stay and businesses prosper by means of providing incentives and places for development.”
