Recently, FAW Group has made significant progress in the field of intelligent connected vehicles.
In February this year, FAW Hongqi's Jiuzhang Platform Lingxi Smart Cockpit achieved deep integration with DeepSeek. Currently, the Lingxi Smart Cockpit has realized mass production applications for voice-based chat and text-to-image LLMs. By integrating DeepSeek, the smart cockpit has significantly enhanced its semantic understanding capabilities, making functions like knowledge Q&A more efficient and accurate, thereby delivering a smoother and more intelligent interactive experience for users.
In recent years, FAW Group has been intensifying its efforts in customized R&D of LLMs, aiming to bring more intelligent application scenarios to life. Leveraging DeepSeek's voice cloud-based dialogue decision-making engine and rich perceptual information, it has achieved precise intent recognition and distribution for users' complex contexts and scenarios, greatly improving the success rate of voice interactions.

Self-developed AI Infuses Vitality into Enterprise Operations
In advancing the R&D of self-developed LLMs, FAW Group has launched its enterprise AI assistant—"Hongqi Yunmei". By learning enterprise-wide knowledge and processes, hundreds of millions of lines of IT code, and corporate indicator data, it has established a multi-agent collaborative framework and developed an end-to-end chain encompassing "DingTalk-based user queries, multi-agent scheduling and routing, in-depth retrieval of domain knowledge, and LLM inference generation".
The emergence of "Hongqi Yunmei" has not only transformed daily office work, business handling, IT software development, and corporate decision-making models but has also provided employees with a more convenient and efficient knowledge acquisition experience, lowering the barriers to business handling and shortening processing cycles. Additionally, it offers IT developers a "user-friendly and practical" AI assistant, assisting in completing a substantial amount of development work. For management, it offers indicator insights and intelligent analysis services, facilitating corporate intelligent operations and aiding decision-making.
Exploring New Technologies to Boost Product R&D

Recently, the Modeling Design Institute of FAW R&D Institute initiated research on AIGC technology and achieved independent innovation from scratch. This effort led to the development of Hongqi's proprietary LLM V1.3 and the "Yunmei Zhihui" platform.
Currently, Hongqi's proprietary LLM V1.3 has been successfully applied to the R&D of Hongqi EH7, Tiangong 08, and concept cars, increasing the efficiency of producing exterior and interior design renderings by 20%. Meanwhile, the application of AIGC technology has effectively accelerated the automotive design process and further reduced R&D costs. To date, the "Yunmei Zhihui" platform has generated over 240,000 automotive design images, enabling diverse and innovative design solutions. This provides robust decision-making support for Hongqi's modeling design and drives high-quality product R&D.
Notably, digital & intelligent tools were utilized by the R&D team to create AIGC graphic works, The Red Glory Across the Land and 75 Years of Glory—The Pillars of a Great Power, which were awarded "Top 10 AIGC Image Works" and "Outstanding AIGC Image Works" by central enterprises in 2024.
