In terms of promotion, over 40 events will be organized on-site for famous and high-quality agricultural product enterprises from both inside and outside the province. In terms of economic and trade activities, over 10 exchange activities will be held to connect enterprises within and beyond Jilin. These include business matchmaking for "Jilin Branded" health supplements, a promotional event for "Jilin Branded" premium agricultural specialties, Jilin Visit of Famous Enterprises and a channel expansion matchmaking session linking Jilin's agricultural products with markets in Zhejiang, Guangdong, and Tianjin. In addition, in coordination with the main venue, exhibition and sales activities along with a series of special events will be arranged at the Arbitrarily River and Xinmin Street sub-venues.

Overall, the expo will demonstrate the following features:
First, the expo will present a more scientific layout with greater appeal.
In Hall 1, a new exhibition area named "Changchun Modern Metropolitan Area" has been set up to showcase the achievements of integrated agricultural development across the cities of Changchun, Jilin, Siping, and Liaoyuan. The agricultural machinery exhibition area has been expanded to 49,000 square meters with an increase of 13,000 square meters, bringing together over 300 domestic and international enterprises. Live demonstrations of unmanned operations performed by high-end intelligent agricultural machinery equipment will offer visitors a firsthand look at the latest upgrading and technological iteration in agricultural machinery equipment. Meanwhile, exhibition zones featuring county‑level specialty industries promoting rural prosperity, and rural craftsmanship will present local specialties and traditional handicrafts. In the themed exhibition hall, creative landscapes themed around the "Changchun Metropolitan Area" and the "Changchun 2027 Winter Universiade" have been built, serving as ideal check-in photo spots for visitors.
Second, the expo will provide more targeted and efficient production-marketing matchmaking.
The National Agricultural Boutique Pavilion has seen a surge in investment promotion, with high-quality enterprises from 25 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities participating, seeing a year-on-year increase of 100% in the number of exhibitors. We will leverage the expo as a platform to deepen economic and trade collaboration and production-marketing cooperation. Focusing on "Jilin Branded" premium products such as Jilin Rice, CBM Ginseng, and Shuangyang Sika Deer, the "Agri-Expo Release" brand promotion platform will make its debut, along with promotional events, to expand sales channels and enhance brand influence. In addition, we have invited national purchasers and industry-leading enterprises for matchmaking, and partnered with local leading enterprises including Eurasia Group, XTD, and Zhongdong Group to conduct on-site business and trade negotiations and procurement signing, ensuring that premium products find ready buyers.
Third, the expo will display visible and applicable sci-tech achievements.
We have invited expert teams led by Academicians Li Yu, Wang Lichun, and Lan Yubin to present their research results in fungal technology, black soil protection, and unmanned agricultural machinery. Meanwhile, we have joined forces with over 30 universities and research institutions, including the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, CAS, and Jilin Agricultural University to showcase innovative achievements in high-quality germplasm resources and smart agriculture. A dedicated Gongzhuling Modern Agriculture Exhibition Area has been newly established for this year's event. In cooperation with Hengtong Ecological Agriculture Technology Development Company and other local enterprises, we have created a featured horticulture and floriculture exhibition zone, where Phalaenopsis tissue culture seedlings, assorted potted plants, premium Clivia, and wintersweet will be displayed. This initiative aims to foster better integration between specialty industries and consumer markets.
Fourth, the expo will draw larger crowds with multi-dimensional publicity and traffic generation.
This year's expo will leverage mainstream media reports, new media platforms, and short-video channels to generate trending topics for comprehensive publicity and coverage. During this period, a series of activities will be launched in collaboration with platforms such as Douyin, WeChat Channels, and JD.com, focusing on product promotion, policy briefings, production-marketing matchmaking, and livestreaming across all platforms. The expo will also collaborate with the Changchun 2027 Winter Universiade for on-site joint promotion, integrating agricultural product exhibition and sales, rural sightseeing, and ice and snow cultural tourism. This approach aims to enhance interactive experience and market appeal, striving for simultaneous growth in exhibition attendance, product sales, and popularity of rural cultural tourism.
Currently, preparations for the expo are advancing in an orderly manner according to the schedule. Investment promotion and exhibition recruitment have been basically completed. Various economic and trade conferences and cultural activities have been finalized item by item. Relevant departments at the provincial and municipal levels are actively communicating to implement the plans, including on-site management, guest reception, and security services.
