City Bureau of Education, the Ulsan Educational Delegation with 12 delegates headed by Im Kyu Joo, the director of Ulsan Education Curriculum visited Changchun from 20 to 22 September and exchanged with Changchun Educational Institution, Changchun Ethnic Korean High School and High School Attached to Northeast Normal University.
The welcoming ceremony was held in Changchun Educational Institution on the afternoon of 20 September, in which the director of the Asian Division, Changchun Foreign Affairs Office also attended the ceremony and exchanged ideas on educational cooperation between the two cities with Im Kyu Joo. Both the two sides agreed that the two cities exchanges and cooperation in education have never been interrupted since 2011. Through mutual visits and exchanges between teachers and students, and learning educational ideas and experiences from each other, the students of the two cities have enhanced their understanding and friendship, which is of great significance to promote friendly exchanges and cooperation between the two cities.
