On November 24, the ASEAN, China, Japan and South Korea International Trade Facilitation Seminar, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and assisted by the provincial government, was held in Changchun. Presentations were delivered and group discussions were organized, to jointly discuss how to promote economic development in the East Asian region through trade facilitation, trade financing, and other measures.
