On March 26, 2008, the boardroom on the fifth floor of Changchun Hotel was immersed in auspicious and joyful atmosphere. There, Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd., and Changchun Municipal People’s Government entered into a framework agreement on investment project of the municipal infrastructure of Changchun and the construction of the road network in the surrounding areas of Changchun West Passenger Car Station. RMB 5 billion is estimated to be invested. Mr. Cui Jie, Mayor of Changchun, and Mr. Wang Xuezhan, Vice Mayor of Changchun, attended the signing ceremony.   

First, Mayor Cui Jie introduced the basic situation of Changchun to You Sang Ho, Proprieter of Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd., saying, “Changchun has maintained rapid development in recent years, especially automotive industry and agriculture have made remarkable achievements. We are happy to cooperate with Korea Investment & Securities Co., and the interests will be paid on time in line with the contract. I hope this is just the beginning. Changchun will share with cooperators the business opportunities brought forth by the development of rejuvenation, and thus we can join hands to create a more beautiful future on the basis of mutual benefits.” Changchun leaves a deep impression upon Proprieter You Sang Ho who also hopes that the cooperation between two sides will be further expanded.
