Proposal for Future Key Cooperation Directions
In recent years, with the loosening of North Korea’s investment policy and the improvement of the investment environment, North Korea has further expanded its foreign trade and economic cooperation and attached great importance to its trade in Jilin Province. Jilin Province is adjacent to North Korea and is an open development border zone approved by the state. Based on its sister city relationship with Chongjin, it will expand friendly communication and exchange with North Korea and further strengthen exchanges and cooperation in economy and trade.
