Witnessing the Signing of a Friendly Cooperation Agreement between the Changchun Automobile Economic and Technological Development Zone and China Office in Bavaria

On November 1, Mayor Wang Zilian met with Dorothea Deneke-Stoll, Second Mayor of Ingolstadt, Germany, with whom he witnessed the signing of a friendly cooperation agreement between Changchun Automobile Economic and Technological Development Zone and China Office in Bavaria.

On behalf of the CPC Changchun Municipal Committee and Changchun Municipal People's Government, he warmly welcomed the visiting delegation and provided a brief overview of Changchun's economic and social development. He emphasized that Changchun is the cradle of the automobile industry in China, and Ingolstadt is well-known for its automobile industry, with the headquarters of Audi located there. Connected by automobiles, the two cities share a strong foundation for cooperation in the automobile field. He expressed the hope that both sides could closely grasp the global transformation trend in the automobile industry, and with the implementation of the Audi PPE Project as a new opportunity, further strengthen project cooperation in new energy vehicles, core components, and other fields to achieve win-win results. At the same time, he emphasized the importance of actively expanding cooperation in modern equipment manufacturing, agricultural product processing, cultural tourism, scientific research, and other aspects, thereby benefiting the people of both cities through mutual exchanges and progress.

Dorothea Deneke-Stoll expressed her willingness to further promote exchanges and cooperation in economy and trade, culture, tourism, and other fields with Changchun, building upon the existing foundation of cooperation.
