Students from Changchun achieved great results in Sino-Russian cultural and art events.

On March 3, the Changchun Municipal Foreign Affairs Office held the awards ceremony of the Sino-Russian cultural and art events Zhao Huanying, Division Director of the Changchun Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, and Luan Jun, Division Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office of the Changchun Municipal Education Bureau, attended the events and awarded certificates to the students and teachers who participated in the 2022 Asia-Pacific "New Stars Youth Art Festival, "Talent - For the Beloved City" International Children's Art Exhibition and the "2022 Children to Children" International Children's Charity Art Festival and won the prize. Wang Haiyan, Director of Changchun Children's Palace, Han Dong, Director of the Erdao District Children's Palace, and Wang Lijiao, Deputy Director of Lvyuan District Children's Palace, led the representatives of teachers and students to attend the awards ceremony.

Zhao Huanying sent congratulations to the teachers and students who won the prize. Zhao Huanying said that these great results are not only an achievement for students and the Children's Palaces but also an achievement of the high-quality development for Changchun's youth and after-school education. The Changchun Municipal Foreign Affairs Office will, as always, continue to build various platforms for art exchange activities, so that the children of the whole city will have more opportunities to show their talents and vibrancy on the international stage.

"2022 Asia-Pacific New Stars" Youth Art Festival, "Talent - For the Beloved City" International Children's Art Exhibition and "2022 Children to Children" International Children's Charity Art Festival are organized by the government of Krasnoyarsk, Russia, a friendship city of Changchun, and Khabarovsk, a friendly cooperation city. It aims to strengthen the international youth exchanges in art field, improve the art standard, and enhance the friendship between the cities by paintings, music, dance works and other art forms. The Changchun Children's Palace, Erdao District Children's Palace and Lvyuan District Children's Palace have created in total 218 works, and 13 students won the special prize, second prize or third prize. The other 205 students were awarded the certificate of honor by the Organizing Committee.
