Changchun's younger artists achieved great results in the Vladivostok International Friendship City Friendship Festival Event

28, Changchun Municipal Foreign Affairs Office held the awards ceremony of the Vladivostok International Friendship City Friendship Festival Event. Ou Shuo, Deputy Director of Changchun Municipal Foreign Affairs Office issued certificates for the artists from Changchun that won the prize in the contests. Wang Yunfei, Director General of the Changchun Federation of Literary and Art Circles attended the awards ceremony.

In September 2022, Vladivostok successfully held an international friendship city friendship festival, aiming to promote the exchange between the younger artists from the friendship cities. Under the promotion of the Office, the Changchun Federation of Literary and Art Circles organized 5 paintings and 15 photography works created by 10 artists to participate in the Modern Art International Exhibition of the Friendship Festival, and all the contest entries were awarded the certificate of participation and widely praised by Russian counterparts.

Vladivostok International Friendship City Friendship Festival Event is an art exhibition of younger artists which all friendship cities participate in. Changchun Federation of Literary and Art Circles has organized the younger artists in Changchun to participate in the exhibition and create high-standard art works that represent Changchun, which has made contributions to strengthening art exchanges between Chinese and Russian younger artists as well as promoting the local people-to-people exchanges between China and Russia.

The Changchun Municipal Foreign Affairs Office will continue to build an art exchange platform for younger artists in the City, so that they can show their talents and vibrancy on the international stage.
