PHOTOS: Annual Chinese New Year Celebrations At Devonshire Mall
The Essex County Chinese Canadian Association brought Chinese New Year celebrations to Devonshire Mall once again, ringing in the year of the pig.
The day was filled with various cultural dances and performances, as well as educational booths and snacks to try.
