At the ongoing second press conference for the 2025-2026 new snow season, Wang Tao, Deputy Director of the Changbai Mountain Protection Development Management Committee, introduced a series of exciting activities and initiatives carefully designed for the coming snow season.

Firstly, exclusive "High-speed Rail + Ice & Snow" combo products will be launched, including a variety of one-day, two-day, and multi-day tour packages that combine high-speed rail, scenic areas, ski resorts, and accommodation. Through the intelligent tourism service platform "Changbai Mountain One-Stop Travel", tourists can enjoy one-stop booking and cost-effective travel options. At the same time, a special snow-themed train from Shenyang to Changbai Mountain will be put into operation.

Secondly, a range of professional events will be held, including cross-country skiing challenges, ice climbing challenges, and powder snow football matches, along with mass activities such as traversing the snowy forest and the "Run, Youth!" biathlon event. In addition, winter camps for youth skating and skiing will be offered, together with more than 10 ice-snow study tour routes.

Thirdly, the operation frequency of scenic area shuttle buses and free sightseeing buses will be increased. Tourist information desks and "Warm Service Stations" will be set up at high-speed rail stations and visitor centers. Furthermore, large-scale discount promotions will be conducted in collaboration with local businesses.
