The 22nd Changchun International Auto Expo Concludes

On July 21, the 22nd Changchun International Auto Expo successfully came to a close. Covering an exhibition area of 170,000 square meters, the expo attracted 217,000 visitors and brought together 118 brands from around the world, with 1,122 vehicles on display.
The expo strongly reflected the "new four modernizations" trend in the auto industry. A total of 447 new energy vehicles were exhibited, accounting for 39.8% of all exhibits. Intelligent new models such as the FAW Hongqi's Tiangong Series and Audi's luxury pure electric series made their debut. BYD created an outdoor intelligent zone to offer visitors an immersive experience of the technological charm of intelligent vehicles. New and popular models including the Golden Sunflower ultra-luxury series, Mercedes-Benz CLA, AITO M8, Yangwang U8L, Denza N9, Li Auto i8, and Xiaomi YU7 drew significant attention. The newly added future transportation exhibition area highlighted cutting-edge achievements, such as the world's first mass-produced hubless hydrogen-powered two-wheelers, all-terrain hubless bicycles, flying cars, drone applications, and low-altitude economy solutions.

The expo also featured a series of high-level and authoritative industry exchange events. The China Automobile Dealers Association released the 2025 China Auto Market Analysis Report and Future Outlook, while the "New Energy Intelligent Vehicle New Quality and Development Forum 2025" explored key topics such as the global development trends in new energy vehicles and breakthroughs in AI and intelligent driving technologies.
As a vital window for opening up, the Changchun International Auto Expo welcomed nearly 100 representatives from the business circles, auto trade associations, and enterprises from over 10 countries. A variety of international economic and trade exchange activities were held, including the Belt and Road Commerce Chambers' Changchun Trade Negotiation Roadshow and the Changchun Visit by the Russian Automobile Dealers Association, further expanding the international "circle of friends" of Changchun's auto industry.

Changchun's profound automotive cultural heritage was also on full display at this year's expo. Dedicated exhibition areas for Hongqi vintage cars and world vintage cars were set up, and a parade of 15 classic vehicles passed through Renmin Street and other city landmarks. Furthermore, visitors enjoyed an array of colorful automobile carnival activities, including immersive RV camping experiences, short-track off-road races, and car drifting shows, all of which showcased the unique charm of automotive culture.
