Themed Tram for the Changchun 2027 Winter Universiade Now in Service
Recently, Tram No. 0911 on Changchun's Route 54, themed for the Changchun 2027 Winter Universiade (hereinafter referred to as the Changchun Winter Universiade), has officially entered service, giving citizens and visitors an early taste of welcoming the ice and snow spectacle in early autumn.
Exterior Design
With blue, pink, and yellow as its main colors, Tram No. 0911 on Route 54 is adorned with ice and snow patterns and the emblem of the Changchun Winter Universiade. Its front features the prominent event slogan, and the mascots "Ji Bing" (Ice Ji) and "Ji Xue" (Snow Ji) are displayed on the body. As the tram travels through the streets and alleys of Changchun, swaying gently past old streets and buildings, it quietly conveys the city's enthusiasm for the upcoming ice and snow spectacle to every citizen and visitor.

Interior Design
Stepping inside the carriage, passengers see the posters for the Changchun Winter Universiade at the most eye-catching spot around the entrance. On the posters, "Ji Xue," in a northeast Chinese floral-patterned padded jacket, playfully snaps a selfie, while "Ji Bing," in vibrant Chinese red, waves a warm welcome. The pair exude youthful energy and vitality! The slogan and official emblem of the event are on display throughout the carriage, from the handles to the areas around the speakers. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed.

The themed carriage was designed by Xingbu Company of Changchun Public Transport (Group) Co., Ltd. Its color-blocking palette contrasts ice-snow blue with pink and yellow, running from the exterior livery to the interior decoration. The design incorporates the core visual symbols of the Changchun Winter Universiade and artistically blends the city's ice and snow resources with youthful sporting elements.

Like the regular G54 trams, a ride of the themed tram costs only two yuan. Passengers can immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere welcoming the Changchun Winter Universiade. Through the windows, they can also enjoy the street scenes of Changchun and, during the gentle, swaying ride, come to understand the city through its industrial memory, cultural heritage, and youthful sports events.
The Route 54 tram is more than a means of transportation; it is a calling card of Changchun and a vital carrier of its history and culture. At this moment, the tram has already set off, racing at full speed toward the ice and snow spectacle. Hop aboard to get a head start on the romance and passion of the Changchun Winter Universiade!
