The 2026 Elective General Assembly of the International School Sport Federation (ISF) was held in Belgrade, Serbia, on July 21, local time. At the assembly, Teng Lianshuai, Deputy Secretary‑General of the Joint Secretariat of the Ministry of Education's Student Sports Association, Vice President of the Federation of Chinese University and School Sports, and a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Changchun Municipal People's Government, was re-elected as Vice President of the ISF for a new term, securing the reappointment of the Chinese representative to this position.
