A Leading Industry Player Settles in Changchun
A leading player in the dairy sector, Milkground, has recently established operations in Jixing Industrial Park. Its "City of Cheese" project has wrapped up equipment commissioning and is set to begin full-scale production and operations.

In the first quarter of 2026, when spring is in full swing, Zone B of Jixing Industrial Park in Changchun New Area entered a new phase of operations. The park is anchored in the functional food sector, with a commitment to four segments: foods for special medical purposes, specialized nutritional foods, health foods, and natural ingredients. It aims to build an integrated industrial complex linking "production, academia, research, application, and sales", thereby drawing leading enterprises and establishing a new landmark for the sector.

Zone B spans 118,000 square meters, with a gross floor area of 90,000 square meters. It comprises 19 multi-story factory buildings, with individual floor areas ranging from 2,500 to 9,000 square meters. The ground floors feature a ceiling height of 7.2 meters, and the floor load capacity can reach up to 0.8 tons per square meter. The park is equipped with a secondary water supply system, power supply capacity of up to 100W per square meter, a ground-source heat pump heating system, and natural gas access in Building 7, all designed to meet the specific needs of resident enterprises in their production and operations.

Additionally, the park plans to establish a canteen in Building 7 capable of accommodating 200 diners, while coordinating with the adjacent Jilin Silver Economy Industrial Park (Innovation Park) to create a "dual-park synergy". Shared facilities such as talent apartments and dining services will be interconnected, forging a five-minute circle of shared production and living services.

In terms of transportation, Jixing Industrial Park has developed a multi-dimensional network integrating "highways, expressways, railways, and airports". Within a 15-minute drive, enterprises can access the core functional, residential, and commercial districts of Changchun New Area, where there is "a platform for production, quality in living, and security for the ecosystem".
A leading player in the dairy sector, Milkground, has recently established operations in Jixing Industrial Park. Its "City of Cheese" project has wrapped up equipment commissioning and is set to begin full-scale production and operations. Meanwhile, the Zhongke Special Medical Food Innovation Research Institute has resumed operations in full and is steadily advancing toward production, with operations expected to begin in May. Other high-quality projects—such as ginseng-based personal care products and rare ginsenoside functional food initiatives—are also progressing at a fast pace.

Looking ahead, Jixing Industrial Park will leverage more specialized services, a fuller range of facilities, and an increasingly open industrial ecosystem to build itself into a highland for quality enterprises and talents in the functional food sector.
