In November 2025, China FAW Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "FAW Group") announced the completion of a strategic investment exceeding RMB 3.6 billion in Zhuoyu Technology (hereinafter referred to as "Zhuoyu").

Following the transaction, Zhuoyu will maintain an independent development strategy with a post-investment valuation exceeding RMB 10 billion. The company will also continue to operate as an independent legal entity, retaining its existing management team, technology roadmap, and brand strategy. As a strategic shareholder, FAW Group will primarily empower Zhuoyu through business collaboration and resource support. In addition to FAW Group, Zhuoyu's shareholders include several well-known domestic and international institutions, such as New Territory Technology Company Limited, CMG-SDIC Capital, BYD, Guangyuan Investment, SAIC Hengxu, BAIC Industrial Investment, and XCMG Yunhan Fund.

The cooperation between Zhuoyu and FAW Group dates back to April 2024, when the two parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement on intelligent driving, initiating a comprehensive strategic partnership. Throughout this cooperation, the two parties have established a strong foundation of trust. On the product cooperation front, Zhuoyu's [ClixPilot], a 10V high computing platform, provides explainable end-to-end algorithms, and its globally first Inertial-Aided Stereo and Tele Camera System has been deployed on models including the Hongqi Tiangong series, EH7 2025 edition, and HS6 PHEV, enabling driving assistance functions such as intelligent parking, highway pilot, and nationwide urban pilot.

Based on the deep mutual trust established through prior cooperation and the need to further strengthen strategic collaboration, FAW Group made this investment in Zhuoyu. Both management teams have expressed strong recognition of the investment. Qiu Xiandong, Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of FAW Group, stated that FAW Group bears the mission of mastering core technologies in key fields, establishing a national auto brand, and building a world-class enterprise. Amid the wave of intelligent transformation in China's auto industry, FAW Group, DJI, and Zhuoyu have reached a deep consensus on promoting technology diffusion and realizing China's vision of automotive intelligence through a series of collaborations and communications. This investment will further enhance FAW Group's technological competitiveness in the intelligent driving sector. Shen Shaojie, CEO of Zhuoyu Technology, said that "Safe and Effortless Travel for Everyone" has been the company's mission and goal since its founding. The deepened strategic cooperation reflects FAW Group's high recognition of Zhuoyu.
