Inside the workshop of Jilin Yuanda Lvjian Technology Co., Ltd., located in the Building Materials Industrial Park in Zhuchengzi Town, Dehui City, a dynamic production scene unfolds. Indicator lights on CNC flame cutting machines flash rhythmically as workers operate the control panels with precision, transforming steel plates into box-type structures through cutting and welding. Cranes shuttle components between polishing and painting stations, their metallic clangs blending into a vibrant "symphony of industry." Here, a 30-ton box-type steel structure takes shape every six hours. Among the latest shipments are finishing components for the Baicheng Mingxiang Rice Industry plant and above-ground steel columns for the Gold Museum—each piece destined to provide robust structural support for key local projects.

"While national standards allow for a deviation of 2-3 millimeters, we hold ourselves to within 1 millimeter. Steel structures form the 'skeleton' of a building—there’s no room for error," said Sun Zhongquan, Workshop Supervisor of Yuanda Lvjian, as he checked a steel column with a caliper. Each "click" of the tool echoes the company’s "code of quality." This meticulous approach runs through every step of production: when raw materials arrive, quality inspectors verify documentation and calibrate instruments such as thickness gauges. During production, self-inspections by workers are followed by multiple checks—initial, routing, and final—conducted by dedicated inspectors. Only components that pass all stages receive a "conformity certificate." Before shipment, every finished product undergoes a comprehensive inspection.

"Our green building products are not only lighter and stronger but also allow for shorter construction cycles and are ideal for large-span designs," Sun explained. The company has developed five major steel structure series: heavy equipment, bridges, mining machinery, industrial buildings, and new civil buildings. Thanks to its quality and strategic layout, the company has participated in landmark projects such as the Harbin Northeast Asia International Convention and Exhibition Center. In 2024, it was honored as an "Excellent Supplier" for its contribution to a key national project of Jilin Petrochemical Company.

"In 2025, we are increasing investment in R&D. We have filed five patent applications and are preparing for specialized and innovative projects at provincial and municipal level, as innovation is the 'engine' of high-quality development," said Chen Fei, General Manager of Yuanda Lvjian. Founded in 2023, the company has grown into a national high-tech enterprise in just two years. It has established a technical department to tackle challenges, collaborated with universities to master core techniques, and obtained all necessary qualifications. To date, it has secured 11 patents.

"Steel structures align perfectly with the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, as well as the needs of new urbanization," Chen added. The company plans to introduce intelligent equipment to further enhance its green credentials. With an annual production capacity of 30,000-50,000 tons and six production lines in operation, it has undertaken new projects including the stadium grandstands for Liaoning Institute of Science and Engineering.
