Recently, the new plant of Jilin Zhongzhijie Food Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongzhijie") has witnessed a scene of bustling activity. As the Mid-Autumn Festival draws near, production lines are operating at full capacity, working around the clock to manufacture mooncakes to meet market demand.

To provide consumers with safe and quality food, the company has made significant investments in high-standard hardware facilities.

Currently, the core areas of the workshop floors are paved with 5mm thick 304 stainless steel plates. Through multiple processes, a seamless, slip-resistant, easy-to-clean, and zero-permeation surface has been achieved, thus eliminating the risk of floor contamination. The deviation in the verticality and flatness of the workshop walls is kept within 2mm. Multiple processes have been carried out to ensure that the walls are damp-proof and do not crack or have hollow areas, effectively inhibiting mold growth. The laboratory is built according to the "100,000-class dust-free purification" standard, equipped with professional facilities such as laboratory benches, enabling precise control throughout the entire process. The introduction of these high-standard hardware facilities is primarily to ensure food quality and safety, allowing consumers to enjoy their food with peace of mind.

Inside the production workshop, fully automated equipment seamlessly integrates processes such as shaping, brushing egg wash, loading into ovens, unloading, cooling, X-ray inspection, and packaging. For instance, the fully automated egg wash machines ensure uniform color of the mooncakes; the tunnel oven provides precise temperature control for baking; and the X-ray detector can identify various foreign objects, ensuring food safety. Currently, the production capacity reaches 400,000 mooncakes per day, satisfying market demand.

The new plant enhances production capacity and quality, thus expanding market reach.

This year, Zhongzhijie has opened stores in multiple locations. Its products have been exported to South Korea, and the company is currently in negotiations for cooperation with Russia. In the future, Zhongzhijie, together with the Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee, will create the "China Healthy Food Valley." The first batch of four enterprises is set to move in soon, with plans to introduce nearly a hundred enterprises within 3-5 years. This initiative aims to form the first full-chain food industry cluster in Northeast China, effectively driving synergistic development across the upstream and downstream sectors and contributing to the high-quality economic development of Changchun.
