On August 30, Mayor Gu Gang held separate meetings with Rachel Qin, Executive President of World Olymp' Arts Council (WOAC), and Zhong Lizhao, Chairman of Yongdao Holding Group Co., Ltd

As an international non-governmental organization, WOAC boosts rich experience in art exhibitions, cultural tourism, and cultural and creative industries.  Gu Gang stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation with WOAC to fully tap into the diverse value of the Changchun World Sculpture Park, and elevate Changchun's cultural essence and urban appeal to new heights. 

Yongdao Holding Group, ranked among China's top 500 private enterprises, has been deeply involved in fields such as agricultural science and technology, energy conservation and environmental protection, and modern education for many years.

Gu Gang extended a warm welcome to more private enterprises to converge in Changchun and support the city's revitalization and development. Changchun will establish and refine a dedicated coordination mechanism to provide top-notch services for enterprise development and project implementation.
